With a deep passion for people, connection, and creating meaningful experiences, she has helped build a culture that places relationships at the center of everything we do. From fostering community and supporting Party Reps to championing the customer experience, Bella's leadership has helped define the heart of Bomb Party. Her unwavering commitment to bringing people together continues to inspire the sense of belonging, celebration, and joy that makes the brand so special.

Lillian co-founded Bomb Party in 2016 with her sister Bella, fueled by a vision to create something entirely different: a business that combined surprise, community, and genuine human connection. What started around a kitchen table has since grown into one of the fastest-growing social commerce brands in the country.

Today, she leads the company's creative vision, product innovation, and brand experience, continually imagining what's next while staying rooted in the values that started it all: authenticity, generosity, and creating joy for others.
